Release Notes - ServiceBridge Mobile Now Supports Spanish

This article announces new support for Spanish language in the ServiceBridge Mobile App.

πŸš€ What's Launching?

We've added full Spanish language localization to the ServiceBridge mobile app on both iOS and Android. That means all core screens, menus, labels, dialogs, and system messages are now available in Spanish β€” no workarounds, no switching between apps.

Getting started is simple. The app uses your device's language settings to automatically display in the right language.

Note: This release covers standard technician workflows. Supervisor Mode currently remains in English. Custom fields created by your organisation will also continue to display in the language they were originally set up in.

πŸŽ‰ Benefits

Language barriers in the field create real problems β€” slower job completion, avoidable errors, and a steeper learning curve for new crew members. Spanish language support addresses all of that directly.

  • Faster onboarding β€” technicians get up to speed quicker when they're not working through a language they're less comfortable in

  • Fewer field errors β€” clear, native-language instructions reduce the risk of misreading prompts or skipping steps on the job

  • No extra setup β€” the app follows your device's language settings automatically, no configuration required from admins or technicians

  • Included in all plans β€” Spanish language support is available at no additional cost across all ServiceBridge mobile license tiers
