Feature Updates
📲 Better Visibility for “On My Way” Messages
When a technician sends an “On My Way” text message from the ServiceBridge mobile app, that message is now visible in the ServiceBridge web application. This makes it easier to keep track of customer communications in one place.
Where you’ll see it:
Within the customer’s activity history
In the work order history
Note: The “On My Way” SMS feature must be enabled for this functionality to be available.

🧾 More Control Over Invoice Links
Invoice links sent by email automatically expire after 60 days. You can now choose to expire an invoice link immediately whenever needed, giving you added control over invoice access.

Inside the invoice under Other Information

These enhancements help streamline communication, improve record visibility, and give you greater flexibility when managing invoices.
