Now that a customer service representative has created and assigned a work order, your field worker can access this job on his or her mobile device. As such, this section is geared toward a field worker who is accepting a job.
First, login to your mobile device and look on the dashboard to the left. Click on ‘Jobs Due Today’ and find the work order scheduled for that day.
Once you have located the work order, change the status to In Progress and begin the job.
