Now that a customer service representative has created and assigned an estimate, your field worker can access this job on his or her mobile device. As such, this section is geared toward a field worker who is accepting a job.
First, login to your mobile device and look on the dashboard to the left. Click on ‘Estimates Total’ and find the estimates scheduled for that day.
Once you have located the estimate, change the status to In Progress and begin the job.
