We’re introducing three new updates designed to help your team stay organized, respond faster, and keep jobs moving forward with less effort. Whether it’s improving communication, simplifying scheduling, or giving customers more ways to pay, these releases are built to make day-to-day work easier.


🚀 What is Launching?

Job Confirmations (Two-Way Customer Messaging)

Job Confirmations is now available within the Two-Way Customer Messaging experience in ServiceBridge Web.

With this update, teams can send appointment confirmation texts directly from an Estimate or Work Order, receive customer replies, and monitor all SMS activity in the Message Center. Each interaction is automatically linked to the job and customer records, making it easy to reference past communications without digging.

There are two primary places you’ll use this feature:

  • Estimate / Work Order: Send a confirmation using the Send Confirmation button with a ready-to-go message

  • Message Center: Keep tabs on sent messages, incoming replies, delivery updates, and anything that may need attention

Smart Scheduler

We’re excited to introduce Smart Scheduler, a powerful AI-driven optimization feature now available in ServiceBridge. Smart Scheduler transforms the way you manage unassigned jobs—helping you build smarter schedules in minutes while staying in full control of your dispatch operations.

With the new “Run Smart Schedule” button, you can:

  • Automatically assign unassigned jobs to qualified technicians

  • Match jobs based on required skills and certifications

  • Respect customer time windows and business-hour rules

  • Optimize routes to reduce travel time

  • Preview proposed assignments before applying changes

  • Approve, cancel, or manually adjust the schedule as needed

Smart Scheduler is included at no additional cost for Professional and Enterprise tier single-branch customers.

GreenSky® Program Consumer Financing

ServiceBridge is introducing Consumer Financing through the GreenSky® Program, a new way for eligible companies to offer financing directly from estimates and invoices. This release makes it easier to present payment options at checkout, helping qualified customers move forward with higher-value work without the burden of large upfront payments.

GreenSky® Consumer Financing is available to eligible U.S.-based customers and is accessible through the ServiceBridge web application.

Note: Eligibility requirements include a minimum financing amount and qualifying service types. Please refer to the linked resources below for additional clarification.

GreenSky® Consumer Financing brings third-party financing directly into the ServiceBridge checkout experience.

With this release, companies can:

  • Offer financing options directly on eligible estimates and invoices

  • Give customers a simple way to apply for financing through a secure, GreenSky®-hosted application

  • Allow approved customers to pay deposits or invoice balances using financing

  • Let customers move forward with work immediately after financing approval

GreenSky® manages the financing application, decision, and repayment process, while ServiceBridge reflects payment status on estimates and invoices.
