This article announces the new Text-to-Pay feature for invoices.

We’re excited to introduce Text-to-Pay, a new enhancement that brings a faster, more modern, and mobile-first payment experience to ServiceBridge. This update makes it easier than ever for your customers to review and pay invoices—right from their phone.


🚀 What’s Launching?

ServiceBridge now supports the ability to send invoices and payment requests via SMS, leveraging the same secure functionality already used for emailed invoices.

With Text-to-Pay, your customers can:

  • Receive a text message containing a secure link (expires after 60 calendar days) to their invoice

  • View the full invoice on their mobile device

  • Pay instantly using the secure payment page

This creates a seamless, self-service payment option that removes the need for phone calls or email exchanges, helping your team get paid faster.
