Did something change?

We recently made some important security updates, with the knock-on effect that some browsers or password managers may not auto-fill your login credentials. Follow the steps below to fix it.

My email and password are not being auto-filled. How do I log in?

Your email address and password remain the same, but auto-fill may not be working. To log in, please enter your email address and password manually.

After logging in, you should save the changes if prompted by your browser or password manager. Auto-fill will work next time.

I can't remember my password - I use a password manager.

To retrieve your password, open your password manager and search for your existing password. Using the search term 'servicebridge' or 'fsm' should return the correct result.

Copy & paste your credentials into the login screen.

After logging in, you should save the changes to your password manager.

I can't remember my password, it's stored in the browser.

To retrieve your password, open your browser Settings and go to the Passwords section. For example, in Google Chrome, passwords are stored here: chrome://settings/passwords

Search for your existing ServiceBridge password. Using the search term 'servicebridge' or 'fsm' should return the correct result.

Copy and paste your credentials into the login screen.

After logging in, you should save the changes in your browser.

Help! None of those steps worked.

If none of the above steps work, you can simply choose Forgot Password from the

login screen and you will receive a password reset link via email.

When you have successfully reset your password, you should save the new credentials in the browser or a password manager for a smoother login next time.
