ServiceBridge Plan Tiers Frequently Asked Questions

Question

Answer

Why is ServiceBridge introducing plan tiers?

As ServiceBridge continues to grow, we've organized our plans into three tiers — Essential, Enhanced, and Complete — so it's easy to see what's included at each level.

What are the three tiers?

Essential, Enhanced, and Complete, billed per active user. Each tier builds on the one before it.

Will I lose access to any of the tools I use today?

No. Invoicing, estimate creation, job creation and tracking, asset management, personnel, and accounting are included at every tier and work the same as they do today.

What's different between the tiers?

Mainly texting capability. Essential does not include SMS messaging. Enhanced and Complete both include an SMS bundle. Enhanced includes On My Way, whereas Complete adds the full two-way texting suite: Two-Way Messaging, Text to Pay, Job Confirmations, Text Estimates, and Job, Estimate, and Invoice Reminders sent by text.

Do I need to choose a tier myself?

No. Your account is automatically placed in the tier that matches your current setup — no action required on your part.

How is my tier determined?

If you're already using CardConnect, you're automatically moved to Complete. If not, you'll land on Essential or Enhanced depending on your current messaging setup.

I was moved to Complete automatically. Do I need to do anything?

Yes, one step. Toll-free number registration is required for every Complete-tier account, even if you were moved there automatically. Please see How to Register for a Toll-Free Number for instructions.

Why is toll-free number registration required?

Mobile carriers now require every toll-free number used for text messaging to be verified before it can deliver at normal volumes. Registration helps confirm your business is legitimate, protects against spam and fraud, ensures your messages are delivered reliably, and confirms you have proper consent practices in place.

Do I need CardConnect to use Complete?

CardConnect is required for texting features that include a payment link: Text to Pay, Text Estimates, Estimate Reminders, and Invoice Reminders. Other Complete features, like Two-Way Messaging and Job Confirmations, require an approved toll-free number but not CardConnect.

How do I upgrade my plan?

Go to Company Settings > Subscription Management, review the available plans, and select the upgrade option for the tier you want.

When does a plan change take effect?

Right away.
