What's New: Share Estimates by Text, Automatic Confirmation Updates

Getting estimates approved just got easier. You can now share estimates by email or text message, keep track of shared links right from the estimate, and let confirmation statuses update themselves — no extra steps needed.
📲 Share estimates by email or text
The Send button on an estimate is now Share.
Click Share to choose how to send your estimate:
Send Email – email the estimate link to your customer.
Send SMS – text the estimate link directly to your customer.
Note: Sending estimates by text requires CardConnect.
Your customer receives a secure link to view the estimate, along with its expiration date.
🔗 Track shared links at a glance
A new Shareable Link section on each estimate shows the status of the link, including when it expires.
Need to cut off access early? Use Expire Link anytime.
Want to see texted estimates across your list? Add these columns from the Columns menu on the Estimate list:
Is SMS Sent
SMS Link Expires On
✅ Confirmation statuses now update automatically
No more manually tracking replies:
Confirmation sent by text → status shows Sent Text.
Customer replies Y → status updates to Text Confirmed.
Customer replies N → status stays the same, so you know to follow up.
