We recently made some important security updates, which may have the side effect of preventing some browsers or password managers from auto-filling your login credentials. Follow the steps below to fix it.

My email and password aren't being auto-filled. How do I log in?

Your email and password remain the same, but auto-fill may not be working temporarily. Enter your email and password manually to log in. After logging in, save the changes if prompted by your browser or password manager, and auto-fill will work again next time.

I can't remember my password — I use a password manager.

Open your password manager and search using the term "servicebridge" or "fsm" to find your existing password. Copy and paste your credentials into the login screen. After logging in, save the changes to your password manager.
