Service Agreement Report Frequently Asked Questions
Question | Answer |
What is the Service Agreements Report? | The Service Agreements Report is a powerful reporting tool in ServiceBridge that brings together everything you need in one place. It lets you analyze Service Agreements alongside related data — including Service Plans, Customers, Locations, Assets, Billing, Jobs, and Invoices — all within a single unified report. |
Where can I find the Service Agreements Report? | You can access the report directly in the ServiceBridge web application. Just head to: Reports → Service Agreements Reports. From there, you'll be able to view, customize, and run your report. |
How many reports are available for Service Agreements and Service Plans? | There's one unified report — the Service Agreements Report — and it covers everything. Rather than juggling multiple reports, this single view gives you access to Service Agreements (the primary dataset), related Service Plans, and all connected data, including Customers, Locations, Assets, Billing, Jobs, and Invoices. |
What data fields are available in the report builder? | You have a wide range of fields to choose from: Customer, Service Agreement, Service Plan, Location, Assets, Billing, Jobs, Invoices, Company, and Custom Fields. You can mix and match to build exactly the view you need. |
Can I customize the report? | Absolutely. You can add or remove columns, reorder them to match your workflow, apply filters, group and sort results, and save your configuration to reuse it later. |
How do filters work? | Filters let you narrow down results, so you're only seeing what matters. You can filter by field (Customer, Agreement, Plan, etc.) using operators like "is equal to," "contains," "starts with," and "is empty." All active filters appear in the Advanced Filters section, where you can edit or remove them at any time. |
How are Locations and Assets displayed when there are multiple values? | When a record has more than one Location or Asset, they all appear within the same row — each value on its own line. So instead of duplicate rows cluttering your report, everything stays neatly grouped together. |
Can I export the report? | Yes! You can export to CSV at any time. The export reflects your current setup — selected columns, active filters, and sort order — so what you see is exactly what you get in the file. |
Can I edit a saved report? | Yes. Just click Customize to reopen it in builder mode. From there, update columns, adjust filters, change sorting, or anything else — then save when you're done. |
Can I see Service Plans that aren't linked to a Service Agreement? | Not in this report. The Service Agreements Report is built around Service Agreements as the primary dataset, so only Service Plans linked to a Service Agreement will appear. |
Who can access the Service Agreements Report? | Access is based on your existing role in ServiceBridge. Franchise users see their own companies only; executives can view data across multiple companies; standard users are limited to their company. If you're unsure about your access level, reach out to your administrator. |
