Release Notes - Service Agreement Reporting

This article announces the Service Agreement Report.

πŸš€ What's Launching?

We're introducing the Service Agreements Report β€” a new report that brings your service agreement data together in one place. View and analyze Service Agreements alongside Service Plans, Customers, Locations, Assets, Billing, Jobs, and Invoices, all without switching screens.

You'll find it in the Service Agreements Reports section of the ServiceBridge web application once it's been enabled for your account.

βœ… What You Can Do

  • View Service Agreements with related Service Plan data in a single report

  • Pull in additional data β€” Customers, Locations, Assets, Billing, Jobs, and Invoices

  • Customize, reorder, and filter columns to match your workflow

  • Filter by Customer, Agreement Status, Service Plan, Billing, and date range

  • Save report configurations for future use and adjust them anytime

  • Export to CSV or use Print Preview for a print-ready version

πŸ“Œ A Few Things to Know

  • Standalone Service Plans (not linked to an agreement) are not included currently

  • Access is role-based: Franchise users see assigned companies; Executives have multi-company visibility; Standard users see their own company

  • The report will be deployed, but not immediately visible β€” a post-release activation is required
