Service Agreement Alerts – Quick Guide

Service Agreement Alerts help you monitor, filter, and manage overdue or expiring service agreements in one centralized, real-time view.

Updated over a month ago

Service Agreement Alerts help you stay informed about agreements that require attention — such as those nearing expiry, overdue, or with payment issues.

Note: The IT team must activate this feature before use.

Accessing Service Agreement Alerts

Once enabled, you’ll find Service Agreements in the left-hand navigation panel under Actions.

  • A red badge next to “Service Agreements” indicates active alerts.

  • The number updates automatically as alerts change.

  • No badge appears when there are no alerts.

Using the Alerts Page

Click Service Agreements to open the main alert management page. From here, you can search, filter, and manage alerts.

Search and Filter Options

Note: To clear a search filter, click the "X" icon.

  • Search Bar: Find alerts by Customer name, Agreement, Plan name, Length, or Frequency. Results update instantly.

  • Date Range Filter: Narrow results by start and end date or use quick options:

    • Today, Tomorrow, This Week, Next Week, This Month, All (clears date filter to show all alerts)

  • Status Filter: View alerts by type:

    • 🔴 Past Due – Unpaid invoices

    • 🟡 Expiring Soon – Ending within 30 days

    • Expired – Ended without renewal

  • Show Dismissed: Check this box to view previously dismissed alerts.

If no alerts match your filters, you’ll see a message stating: “There are no items to show that match your selection. Clear some filters to extend your search results.”

Managing Alerts

You can dismiss alerts easily from the Service Agreements Alerts page, and you can also restore dismissed alerts.

Using Bulk Dismiss

  1. Select the applicable alert(s) using the checkboxes (can select multiple alerts).

  2. Click Dismiss to remove them from the active list.

A pop-up appears asking you to confirm your choice to dismiss the alerts.

  3. Confirm your choice in the pop-up by clicking Yes. Alternatively, you can click No to exit the pop-up without dismissing the selected alerts.

If you click to dismiss the alerts, they are removed from the active list.

However, dismissed alerts can be restored later by enabling Show Dismissed, and you can click Undo Dismiss when viewing dismissed alerts to restore them.
