What's new in this release?

With this release you can now track the delivery status of emails sent by the system.

If emails to your customer bounce or cannot be delivered, an alert will be raised in the Action Center, making it easy for you to follow up on these errors.

You can also track the delivery status of an email from within the Estimate, Work Order or Invoice page itself.

Details

When an email - such as a Payment, Invoice, etc. - is sent from the application, it can have the following statuses:

  • Processing

  • Delivered

  • Dropped

  • Blocked

  • Marked as Spam

You can view the email status of all emails in the Action Center. For emails that have errors, such as Dropped, Blocked, or Marked as Spam, an alert badge will be raised.

Email statuses are shown in the Emails section of the Action Center:

Click on View Email to view the email details:

A modal view will open showing the email details and the delivery status:
