Managing your Customers in GPSI Field Service Management

Customer Page

This page is where you can find and manage all of your customers data.

  1. Use the Search filter here to type a key word to find the Customer you need.

  2. The top bar also houses all of your advanced filters. You can filter by Customer category, Branch, or see only customers with open balances or past due invoices.

  3. Click on 'Columns' to access a dropdown to select what you want to show or hide in the main Customer grid below. Once you select your columns you can easily click and drag to rearrange the order of the columns in your grid.

  4. Click on any Customer name in the Display Name column to go directly to that Customer record. The Customer record houses your entire history with any customer. Go there to edit details, add new contacts and locations and review other details.

  5. A Past Due flag will appear next to any Customer Display Name if they have a past due invoice.
