How to assign an existing device to a different employee

If you need to transfer an assigned device to a different employee follow these steps.

  1. Navigate to Personnel in ServiceBridge. 

  2. Under the Device section, find the device that needs to be transferred to a different personnel member.

  3. Click Edit.

4. In the Edit Device pop up, you will click on the drop down called "Assigned To".
5. Choose the employee who will be transferred this device.
6. Click Save.

Once you open up the app on the device and it syncs, you should see jobs for the new Personnel member (Mitch Smith in this example). 

If you do not, please follow the instructions in this link to purge the database.
