The Multi-Visit feature is designed to help you save time and streamline your workflow by allowing you to create work orders or estimates that span multiple visits—all in one step. Instead of manually entering each visit separately, you can now set up a recurrence rule that automatically schedules repeating tasks or events.
The Multi-Visit feature should be used in the following situations:
The job involves multiple appointments (e.g., once a week for a month).
You're completing work at different locations, but it's all part of the same job.
The work is done in phases and requires follow-up visits.

Creating a Multi-Visit Work Order
You can start a Multi-Visit job from several places in the app, including:
Create New (+)
Asset Page
Customer Profile
Job & Estimate Lists
Calendar (Scheduler View)
Step 1: Start a Work Order/Estimate
Create New
Click the + button (top-left corner) from the homescreen.
Select Multi-Visit Work Order or Multi-Visit Estimate.
Asset Page
From the navigation bar, click Assets.
Locate the asset for which you would like to start a multi-visit work order and click the asset name to open the Asset Page.
Scroll to the "Jobs" or "General Details" section, click on the section header to open the section.
Click + Work Order, then select Multi-Visit Work Order.
Customer Profile
From the navigation bar, click Customer.
Locate the customer for which you would like to start a multi-visit work order and click the customer name to open the Customer Profile Page.
Navigate to the "Locations" or "Jobs" tab to open the tab.
Click + Work Order or + Estimate, then select the multi-visit option.
Work Orders/Estimates List
Navigate to the "Work Orders" or "Estimates" page.
Click + Work Order or + Create Estimate, then select "Multi-Visit" from the drop-down.
Calendar View
Open the Scheduler.
Double-click any available time slot.
Select either Multi-Visit Work Order or Multi-Visit Estimate.
Step 2: Complete Multi-Visit Settings
Once you choose the Multi-Visit option, a setup screen will open. Here’s where you define how the visits should repeat.
Assign a Team
Select a primary team.
Add additional team members, if needed.
Select a Start Date: This is the date on which the first visit should occur.
Select a Repeat Pattern for how often the visits should happen:
Note: The maximum number of visits is 100. If you attempt to add more than 100 visits, the following message will display.Daily
Every X days
Weekdays only
End after a number of visits
End on a specific date
Weekly
Every x weeks
Weekday selection
End after a number of visits
End on a specific date
Time and Duration
Set the visit start time
Choose the estimated duration
(Optional) Add an arrival window
Click Apply.
Note: These settings apply to all visits by default; however, you can change individual ones later.
Step 3: Review and Edit the Visit Table
Your screen will show a table showing all the generated visits. From this table, you can:
Edit visit details like date, time, team, or technician
Add more visits (they'll follow the same settings but can be customized)
Delete a single visit or remove that visit and all the ones after it
Step 4: Save the Multi-Visit Work Order/Estimate
Fill in any remaining job details (like the job title or customer notes).
Click Save.
The Multi-Visit job will now be listed in your system and ready to manage.
Manage Multi-Visit Work Orders/Estimates
You can edit your Multi-Visit Work Order or Multi-Visit Estimate.
Navigate to the "Work Orders" or "Estimates" page.
Click the arrow next to the job name to expand or collapse the visit list.
Filter visits by date to see what’s coming up.
Click “View All Visits” to see visits outside the current date range.
Edit or reschedule any visit by clicking into that row or click the trash icon and choose to delete just that visit, or delete that visit and all the ones after it.
Click Multi-Visit Settings again if you need to change the repeat pattern.
Click Apply after making your changes.
Quick Tips
Always look for the word “Multi-Visit” when creating a job as this ensures you’re setting up the right kind of schedule.
Use the Visit Table to adjust individual appointments without needing to start over.
If a visit falls outside the date filter, click View All Visits to make sure you’re seeing everything.
