Getting Started with Fillable PDFs
Accessing the Fillable PDFs library
Log in to the ServiceBridge Web App.
Navigate to the Settings Area/Menu.
Click on Fillable PDFs
Here, you can upload, update, or manage your editable PDF templates.
Uploading a New PDF Template
Open the Forms Library.
Click Upload New Form.
Select your PDF file and add a name or description for easy identification.
Specify the Usage Type for the form:
Jobs
Customers
Assets
The uploaded form is now available to technicians in the mobile app.
Usage Type
Usage Type specifies the record types in the ServiceBridge mobile app the PDF is available on.
In the example below, the Inspection and Test Form is available to use on Jobs and Assets. This means technicians can add this form to Work Orders, Estimates and Assets on the mobile. This form will not be listed under a customer record.
Using Fillable PDFs in the Mobile App
Filling Out a Fillable PDF
Open the ServiceBridge Mobile App.
Go to a Job, Customer, or Asset record.
Tap the Forms section and select a relevant PDF template.
Use pinch-zoom gestures to navigate and fill out the fields in the PDF.
Save and submit the completed form once finished.
Viewing Previously Completed Forms
In the mobile app, open the relevant Job, Customer, or Asset record.
Navigate to the Forms section to view all previously filled and saved forms.
Creating or Editing PDF Templates
To create or modify templates, use a PDF editing tool like Adobe Acrobat:
Open the tool and create a new or editable PDF.
Add form fields (e.g., text boxes, checkboxes) as needed.
Save and upload the form to the ServiceBridge Forms Library.
