It is important to keep your ServiceBridge app up to date on your mobile devices so you have access to our latest technology. In this article, we will cover:

How to update your app manually on an Apple device

1. Open App Store.

2. Click on "Updates" in the bottom navigation bar. Pull down to refresh.

3. Find the ServiceBridge app and click Update to the right.

How to update your app manually on an Android device

1. Open Google Play Store

2. Tap the Menu (the three lines at the top left of the screen).

3. Choose My Apps & Games.

4. Apps with an update available are labeled "Update." Find the ServiceBridge app and tap Update.

How to set up your Apple device to automatically update apps

To set your Apple device to automatically update your apps, follow these steps. This will affect all of your apps, not just the ServiceBridge mobile app.

1. Click on the Settings app

2. Tap on "iTunes & App Store".

3. Scroll until you see "Automatic Downloads". Toggle the white oval to the right of "Apps" to be green.

4. You can also choose if you would like to only update apps when you are connected to WiFi or if updates can be downloaded using cellular data by toggling the white oval next to "Use Cellular Data". If it is moved to white, you will only download apps when your device is connected to WiFi. If it is green, you will download apps even if you are not connected to WiFi which will consume cellular data from the plan with your provider.

To set your Android device to automatically update the ServiceBridge mobile app, follow these steps.

1. Open Google Play Store

2. Tap the Menu (three lines at the top right of the screen)

3. Tap "My Apps & Games"

4. Find the ServiceBridge app and tap Open.

5. Click More (three vertical dots in the top right).

6. Check the box next to "Enable Auto Update".
