This article will detail every way you can modify team schedules from the Map. There are a number of ways you can modify and add jobs to your teams from this page.

The first step to enable any edits is clicking the Edit button in the lower right corner of your map.

Adding jobs from the map

After clicking Edit, you will see an Add button appear next to every job marker on the map.

  1. Click 'Add' next to one or multiple job markers

  2. Select the Team you wish to to assign the job(s) to from the dropdown.

  3. Click 'Save' to finalize your changes.

Please note: only Teams you have highlighted from the team list to the left will appear as options in the dropdown. In this example you can see we have selected only the top 2 teams. Selected teams will be highlighted blue and will also appear below in the Timeline.

Using the Pencil Tool

Once you click Edit you can also use the pencil tool to select jobs you wish to add.

  1. Select the Pencil tool to draw on the map.

  2. Draw around the jobs you wish to select.

  3. Select the team you wish to assign the job markers you just selected to a selected team from the dropdown.

  4. Click Save when you are done to save your changes.

Making modifications using the Timeline

You can also make changes to your team routes using the Timeline at the bottom of the Map page. First let's talk about time conflicts. If you add 2 jobs whose scheduled times overlap the timeline will give you a conflict like the below example:

Job 2 in the schedule has a red '!' in front of it because it is scheduled to start in the middle of Job 1.

You can modify this team's schedule by dragging one of the jobs to another scheduled start time...

or another team's timeline entirely.

When you are ready to confirm your changes click Save.
