When you're ready to start taking credit card payments you can sign up for ServiceBridge Payments powered by CardConnect. The entire process can be completed online and can be done in as few as 2 business days.

Apply Online

Click on Settings > Accounting.

Locate and expand the "Accounting" section and click on "Apply for CardConnect".

This will open our payments overview page where you can review the features and pricing information. Please complete the 'Apply Now' section at the bottom. Once you submit the application, a contact from CardConnect will be in touch with you within 1-2 business days. If you need to inquire about anything with your application you can also contact them directly by reaching out to signup@fiserv.com, please CC. Ed Satala at edward.satala@Fiserv.com.

Supporting Documents

Depending on your payment volume, average ticket size, and accepted payment methods, you may be required to provide some additional documentation. This may include recent bank processing statements or references to your website or other marketing materials. The documentation you need depends on the conditions of your business and is outlined below.

Adding Credentials to ServiceBridge

Once the application has been approved ServiceBridge support will securely be given your credentials to connect CardConnect and ServiceBridge. Support will let you know when this process has been completed. Then you may start processing payments in your account.

PCI Compliance

PCI compliance is required to process payments through ServiceBridge. Once you start taking payments, you will have 90 days to complete your PCI Compliance questionnaire. It is a short survey provided by CardConnect and hosted by Trustwave to verify you are following best practice when it comes to handling credit card payments. You can learn more about PCI Compliance on CardConnect's website.

Migrating Credit Cards on File

If you have a lot of customer cards on file that you would like to migrate over to CardConnect to ensure you get the best rates and save money, you can follow the steps to Migrate Credit Card Tokens. It is recommended you do this only if you have more than 100 credit cards on file that need to be migrated as the process may take some time to complete.
