Improvements to Sending Emails
Very soon you will be able to see and edit the invoice email prior to sending it. It will look and feel as if you were sending it from your favorite email application, like Mail, GMail or Outlook. This improvement will first be available on sending invoices, and then in the near future you'll also see improvements to sending estimates and work orders.
If you are using the default invoice email template, then it will be updated to a new invoice email template that includes links to the Pay Now page where your customers can view and pay their invoices.
Improvements to Job To-dos
Within ServiceBridge there are many companies that use Custom Fields to store information that needs to be performed on different jobs. We've been working on improving the Job To-do functionality to be similar to Job Custom Fields.
In the near future, you'll be able to tell your technicians to perform different items as To-dos. You'll be able to make them required or optional, group them and also adjust their order.
You will be able to add as few or as many To-dos to a Job. You will also be able to report on and manage them globally similar to your inventory of Products & Services.
