Both Apple and Android mobile applications have unique device identifiers, also known as Device ID. To login into the GPS Insight Field Service Mobile App, you need to add the Device ID. There are two locations where you can find this using the ServiceBridge app.
Find your DeviceID on the login screen
After you download ServiceBridge app to your iPhone, iPad, or Android device. Open the app, and you will be greeted with the Log In page.
Tap onto "Or Login With your Device ID Instead". Then tap onto "connect manually".
You will then be shown your device ID.
Find your DeviceID from the About screen
The Device ID can also be found by clicking "About this App" in the Dashboard.
