To assign a Work Order or Estimate to your workers you will need to assign them to a team.

To create a team, log in to your ServiceBridge account and follow these steps:


1. Click on the Personnel tab in the navy blue column on the left.
2. Scroll down to the section called Teams.
3. Click "Add Team."

4. Complete the Create Team form.

Team Name - Choose the name of your team. Many of our users will choose a truck name or the name of the technician that is on the team.

Team Group - These are set up under Personnel settings. 

Working Zones - These are set up under Personnel settings.

Team Members - Check the box next to the name of the users that will be part of this group. A user can only be part of one team.

Click "Save" once finished. Users will be able to be assigned to the new team.
