Create Custom Reports

ServiceBridge has a very powerful reports engine that allows you to create your own custom reports with real time data anytime.

From the Home page, click on:

  1. Click Reports in the left-hand navigation column

  2. Click Add New

3. Use the search bar at the top of the screen to search for the fields you would like to be included on the report. As you add fields to the data sets that are listed will filter out the reports that do not include the fields you are adding. You are able to add custom fields as well as fields that are native to ServiceBridge.
4. From the data sets that populate, choose which report you would like to customize by clicking on "Build Report".

5. You are able to use the white column to customize what fields are included in your report. You can use the search field at the top to find fields. If you would like to include a field, check the box next to the name.

You have now built your report and can run it for any combination of dates.
