Before managing payments, you will need to connect GPS Field Service Management to QuickBooks Online. To connect the two systems, you must first have an active QuickBooks Online account.

To connect the two systems, follow these steps: 

  1. Click on Settings in the upper right corner

  2. Click on Accounting

  3. Open the QuickBooks section

  4. Click the Connect to QuickBooks icon

A form will appear that asks you to enter your QuickBooks Online login information. After entering this information, the sync will complete on its own.

Once complete, you will now have a two-way sync between GPS Field Service Management and QuickBooks Online. This means that any changes to customers, invoices, payments, refunds, products and services will sync between the two systems.
