Before managing payments, you will need to connect ServiceBridge to QuickBooks Online. To connect the two systems, you must first have an active QuickBooks Online account.
To connect the two systems, follow these steps:
- Click on your name in the upper right hand corner of your ServiceBridge account.
- Click on Company
- Scroll down to the section called Accounting
- Click the Connect to QuickBooks icon
A form will appear that asks you to enter your QuickBooks Online login information. After entering this information, the sync will complete on its own.
Once complete, you will now have a two-way sync between ServiceBridge and QuickBooks Online. This means that any changes to customers, invoices, payments, refunds, products and services will sync between the two systems.
