Now that you know how to create and view jobs on the web and mobile version of Field Service Management, you can complete accounting tasks, such as invoicing work orders, processing payments, and so forth.
Because of our two-way sync with QuickBooks Online, GPSI FSM customers can complete an entire workflow—from creating a customer to receiving a payment—without ever having to do data re-entry. However, to take advantage of accounting services, users must sign up with QuickBooks Online.
Connecting QuickBooks Online to your Field Service Management account:
It's easy to connect once you have an active QuickBooks Online account. Go to your account Settings and select Accounting settings:
Now scroll down to the Accounting accordion and click Connect to QuickBooks Online.
Once you enter your credentials to QuickBooks Online your accounts are now linked and you are able to sync information back and forth between your 2 accounts.
