Because of our two-way sync with QuickBooks Online, GPSI FSM customers can complete an entire workflow—from creating a customer to receiving a payment—without ever having to do data re-entry. However, to take advantage of accounting services, users must sign up with QuickBooks Online.
Connecting QBO to your Field Service Management account:
It's easy to connect once you have an active QuickBooks Online account. Go to your account settings and select Company settings:
Now scroll down to the Accounting accordion and click Connect to QuickBooks.
Once you enter your credentials to QBO your accounts are now linked and you are able to sync information back and forth between your 2 accounts.
