Registering your toll-free number verifies your business with mobile carriers so your account can send Two-Way SMS messages. Follow the steps below to complete your registration accurately and avoid delays.
Before You Begin: Gather Your Details
Most of the information the form asks for comes from paperwork you've already filed to establish your business. Have these on hand before you start:
Your W-8 / W-9 tax documentation (or the equivalent tax form your business filed)
The business license or registration paperwork completed for your state, province, or country
Your IRS-issued documentation — for U.S. businesses, this is where your EIN (Employer Identification Number) appears
Step 1: Access Toll-Free Number Registration
Open your profile in the top right corner and select Company Settings from the side panel.
Select Toll-Free Number Registration. The registration form will appear.
Don't see this feature?
Toll-Free Number Registration is available on the Complete Tier only. If you don't see it, check your subscription tier or reach out to your account representative.
Step 2: Complete the Registration Form
Your Legal Business Name, Registration Number (such as an EIN), Registration Authority, and Registration Country should be entered exactly as they appear on your tax documentation or business license. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
📝 Note: The details you provide should exactly match your official business and tax records — mismatches are the most common reason a toll-free number doesn't pass carrier verification.
The form is organized into six sections.

Step 3: Review and Submit
Review every section — confirm your Legal Business Name, Registration Number, and Registration Authority match your official records exactly.
Submit the completed form. Registration status updates will be sent to the Notification Email you provided.
💡 Tip: Carrier verification can take several business days. If a registration is rejected, it's almost always because a value didn't match the business or tax records on file. Recheck your details against your W-8 documentation and business license, then resubmit.
